#8248AP. Circa 1820. Burslem, Staffordshire, England. Transfer printed ironstone. This blue and white platter is by Enoch Wood & Sons and shows a view of Brancepeth Castle west of Durham, once the home of the Nevilles. It has a blue printed pattern mark and an unreadable impressed mark on back. Very good condition - minor wear on back. Height: 14.5", Width: 19.25", Depth: 1.75". $1,500.00.
