Federal One-Drawer Stand

#6638FP. Circa 1815. Probably New England. Cherry with mahogany and tiger maple veneer and ash secondary wood. Solid brass pull. This table is one-of-a-kind. The scalloped gallery rail adds a folk art touch, but the quality of construction is typical of a master cabinet maker. The brass knob is a 20th century replacement.
