#9944XB. Circa 1880. France. What a great combination! Nine electric lights and six candles all in one fixture. For parties or when friends drop by use the candles and for everyday use use the electric lights or use both for maximum effect by turning the lights down with the dimmer and lighting the candles. This chandelier was originally all candle. During the Belle Epoque era (circa:1900) it was electrified with 9 lights while retaining it's 6 candle arms. The 3 lights in the crown throw beautiful light on the ceiling while the 6 on the lower part of fixture illuminate the room. The frame is hand-cast bronze adorned with hand cut and blown crystal. A blend of clear and colored prisms adds to the overall charm. Ceiling cap, hanging hardware, and 1 foot of chain included. Rewired in our workshop. Minor chips & flakes on the crystal.
