Floral Etched Bell Jar Lantern
#9782XB. Circa:1850. England. Bell jar lanterns such as this were originally designed as oil-burning with floating wicks. For modern use, we electrify these hand blown glass lanterns with a 3-light cluster. They are perfect for entries, halls, dressing rooms, etc. The smoke plate, 3 small chains, and the brass ring are original. The lighting component is aged solid brass. Height shown is from the top of the brass ring to the bottom of the bell jar. The distance between the smoke plate and the bell jar can be modified by us if desired, altering the total height. Comes with hanging hardware, ceiling cap, and one foot of chain. Some bubbles which are original. Wired in our lighting workshop. Brass not polished. 8ʺW × 8ʺD × 14ʺL. $1,200.00
