Oil on Board, "Lady in Lace"

#9395PP. Circa 1835. England. This early 19th century lady was framed by H. S. Bunnett & Co. in Croydon (see label on back). The frame is gilt and gold on gesso on wood. The detail of her lace and curls are very fine. She appears to be a widow. Unsigned. Excellent condition - minor losses, cracks and repairs to frame, and minor age on painting. 16" high x 14" wide x 2.25" deep. $975.00.
