18th Century Neoclassical Italian Mirror

#9282PP. Circa 1790. Italy. Probably made in Florence. Gilt and gold leaf on gesso on wood. Original wooden back. Mirror appears to be original. Excellent hand-carved foliate design. Condition: excellent, consistent with age and use. Restoration by us includes 3 replacement hand-carved leaves. The glass is probably original which means it has age spots and a hazy image. Glass could be replaced either temporarily or permanently if desired. 54" tall x 28" wide x 2" deep.
